Ellen is a registered mayoral candidate for the November 2019 election. During the June 2018 special election, Ellen ran as one of the eight mayoral candidates. A San Francisco resident for 33 years, Ellen has been working as a San Francisco government social worker for more than 15 years. In tandem with her work, Ellen serves as a union representative for government employees. Currently, Ellen is the Director of Public Relations for the California Civil Grand Juror Association, San Francisco Chapter. Her experience allows her to share a first‐hand, closer look at California’s ongoing social problems.
