Chinese-Americans head to the Phoenix City Council meeting today to demand that the city condemn True North companies for its illegal actions against its renters at the Phoenix Chinese Cultural Center. The petition arises from the rogue actions of True North against Beijing Garden restaurant last month. The Investmen Banker David Tedesco had the phone lines cut four times, cut the Internet lines, turned the electricity off during lunchtime, and stole the furnace from the top the roof in the middle of the night. A Maricopa County Superior Court judge later called these actions criminally wrong. The petition will be presented to the counselor at 2:30 this afternoon.
